- Chamber lot: west of Main Street, with access from the Rector Avenue/West First Street side.

- Follow event-day signs and do not park on Main Street or any block marked closed.

Yes. The daytime Birthday Bash and the songwriter rounds beginning at 10:00 a.m. at the Palace Theatre are free. The 7:00 p.m. Hitmakers Concert is a separate ticketed evening event.

Use the official vendor form linked on the Participate page. There is currently no participation fee; submitting the form does not guarantee a space, and the event team will follow up.
Which vendors have registered?
The searchable directory reflects current form registrations and direct confirmations, with duplicates and known withdrawals removed. The lineup may change before the event.
What should participating vendors bring?
The event provides booth space only. Vendors should bring their own tent, weights, tables, chairs, displays, and supplies. Electricity, water, shade, tables, and chairs are not guaranteed.
How can someone volunteer?

When will downtown roads be closed?
Event roads are expected to be closed from approximately 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. for setup, the public celebration, and cleanup. Final closure and detour details will be posted closer to the event.
