Use the public lot behind the Chamber of Commerce, the Art Circle Public Library/AMP parking area, or legal street parking outside the closure zone.
- Chamber lot: west of Main Street, with access from the Rector Avenue/West First Street side.
- Library/AMP area: east of the AMP, with access from East Street.
- Follow event-day signs and do not park on Main Street or any block marked closed.

Use the official vendor form linked on the Participate page. There is currently no participation fee; submitting the form does not guarantee a space, and the event team will follow up.
Which vendors have registered?
The searchable directory reflects current form registrations and direct confirmations, with duplicates and known withdrawals removed. The lineup may change before the event.
What should participating vendors bring?
The event provides booth space only. Vendors should bring their own tent, weights, tables, chairs, displays, and supplies. Electricity, water, shade, tables, and chairs are not guaranteed.
How can someone volunteer?
Use the official volunteer form linked on the Participate page to share your availability and preferred role. The organizing team will confirm assignments and shift details.
When will downtown roads be closed?
Event roads are expected to be closed from approximately 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. for setup, the public celebration, and cleanup. Final closure and detour details will be posted closer to the event.
Where should I park?
